And this may not be an ATL pic, but it's "as I saw it" at 3 am when Julie brought it into the tent and it's one of my favorite pics :)

From the looks of it you find a lot of sets GRONG. Do they usually shed pretty close? I have one very large elk shed that I was never able to match up.

Those 3 different sets were 150, 65 and 70 yards apart. And over the past 20+ years of shed hunting I've NEVER found matches to singles I've found. A couple of them have been 1/2mi apart too. My biggest shed I ever found, 176 6/8" found back in 1998, I just found the match to last year almost a mile away!! How stupid is that!?!!? The one from '98 was before the digital age so I'll have to look for those pics on print but here's the one from last year.

Here's my favorite ATL. This bull wore the set I found during 2007, dropped in 2008 and I found them in 2009. We hunted this bull most years but never put too much time into it because there were always bigger bulls out there. His left G5 had a tendency to be short one year and then long the next. We finally had a hunter take him last season and it was one of those years where he had the short G5 but it didn't matter, he's still an outstanding bull and probably didn't have many more years left due to his old age. He'll always be one of my favorite bulls tho and still my favorite set of sheds!
