SOLD 1999 Holiday Rambler Alumascape XL 27" trailer price reduced $5200 inter. pics added

I have a 1999 Holiday Rambler Alumascape XL Series M-27FK Options , 27', 5300lbs empty, bumper pull, great tires, spare too(mounted under camper out of sun), fridge works great, upgraded oak cabinets, heater has new igniter board, works great, ac works great(great for those hot archery hunts), one new 7.5 propane tank and one original, new jack for lifting to bumper, upgraded to 2 deep cell batteries(only 1 installed). water heater works, 40 gallon fresh, gray and black tanks. 18' awning, queen bed in back, couch folds and and of course dinette turns into bed. carpet good in bedroom, ok in living room. all vinal great shape. has shower/tub/sink/toilet. electric brakes, freezer holds enough meat for 4 guys for a week, saves money on ice. Nada low retail $6015 average retail $7240, asking $5200 obo. cash/with maybe a gun or 2, will trade for a popup/smaller camper plus cash/guns. Need money for car for son, plus I want something smaller. No popups with golf cart tires. 520-762-1864 will add more pics later of inside.

Ha ha.. no golf cart tires. :) man those thing scare me on pop ups some are like toddler bicycle tires. :-()

Black and grey tanks are exposed to the weather, clean water tank is inside.
