Thanks dude. I’m so flat though, dyel status. Full otter body. So I think today I’m gonna eat 4 servings sweet rice and chicken, carb up all day to restore glycogen

Yeah 14% is still pretty lean. 12-14 are good numbers.

I inherited a bunch of belts from my dad. I always used to think he was rather round but surprisingly they fit me fine... 🤔

I really gotta hit my diet harder.  I have gotten quite a bit stronger over the last 6 months, overall size hasn't changed a whole bunch with the exception of losing some belly fat.  I bought one of those smart (dumb) scales and it has shown a little progress over the last month.  I hit a PR for flat bench high reps as well as Cleans.
