Yeah but only if losing  a lot of weight is a high priority to you.

Cardio definitely getting better. Endurance day yesterday. Did 307 floors, 5000 steps on the stairmaster. Broke this up into 2 sessions, 40 minutes in the morning and 60 minutes in the afternoon. Then finished off with a mile on the treadmill at incline of 5. Legs were kinda rubbery lol

I wish lol. Always had a goal to do a fast rim to rim Grand Canyon. I figure if I can do a vertical mile (488 floors) on the stairmaster I'll be ready.

stomach is flat af due pure liquid BM's since i went to mexico. gonna embrace it and just cut now i guess

Ive been doing the stairmaster lately for 20 min for my cardio to get ready for my October hunt. Definitely feel the burn
