i rested yesterday yesterday so i could brutalize myself today. im doing that exercise in the iron sharpens iron vid. last exercise, 5 sets leg extensions, 30 seconds rest, have to stay seated with your legs in the stretched position till youre done.

Skipped the gym yesterday, did 17k steps in the desert and found a nice 3 point carp shed. 17k steps mid day, didn’t even phase me after doing so much stairmaster. Drank way too much beer last week.

I haven't had an adult beverage in like 2 months

I've lost 37 pounds since May 1st. Just over half-way to my goal of losing 70 pounds.
