monday check in. got back to cutting, ive lost 20lbs since the sheep draw results came out last year. 

you guys gotta get in the gym just to see what chicks wear there these days. stuff like this, dead serious

Yesterday did 8.8 miles looking for sheds in the desert and found none. Drank 2 tall boys, walked to the bar and watched golf, drank 2 bloody Mary’s, 2 large beers,  went home drank another tall boy. Made steak tacos and oatmeal. Woke up today bloat maxxed, 7 pounds heavier than Saturday. 
 

did legs today 

front squats: 135x12, 135x12, 185x10, 185x10, 205x8, 205x8, 225x6, 225x6

Hack squats: 3 plates 4 sets of 10 reps

leg extensions: 4 sets 15 reps

leg curls: 4 sets 12 reps

now getting a crazy sub. Tuna

Haha that dang beer gets you every time. I ate bad all weekend. Back on the grind today. Busted out 20min of cardio and legs.

between saturday night and watching golf sunday i figure i drank approximately 32 beers. woke up absolutely bloatmaxxed. i am not drinking this week, i have to lose 7lbs by sunday or im going to rope myself. im doing legs tonight, but today at work im doing 300 chin ups. ive done 102 so far.

Mondays workout:

Clean and Jerk 5x95, 3x135, 3x155, 3x185, 1x205, 5x135

Pull ups 5x10

Standing barbell shoulder press  2 sets 10x95, 2 sets 8x105, 6x115

Front raise with 45lb plate 5x10

Shrugs 2 sets 15x135, 2 sets 15x115

Dumbbell lateral raise 4x15 each side with 15lbs
