My two largest from this spring. 18 lb yellowtail and 18 lb leopard grouper.

We prefer the yellowtail. Marinate it in Italian salad dressing overnight and throw it in the grill. It is a firm fish. Some do not care for it but we prefer it to the bass. My 10 year old daughter absolutely loves it. Last spring one of my buddies from Utah took home 74 lbs of boneless and skinless fillets from our trip. One trip we caught 8 or 9 different species of fish

Bonita

Sierra mackerel

Corvina (sea trout)

Flounder

Barracuda

Dorado

 

All can be caught where we go in MX

Man...!!! Looking at all these pictures gets my blood pumping! Makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong. Hmm... <_< ​ It also makes me want to give the deep sea a try.. Any takers?! haha..
