Meat processor in Flag

My brother lives in Flagstaff, he sent me to Dan Bix to process my elk, 928-699-5557. I like how he double wraps the meat.

Seen mixed reviews there. Casey's is probably the most popular and does a great job.

I used Casey's last year, and if I can connect with another elk again this year I will be using him again. They did a great job.

Our family has taken 5 elk to Rhonda's and are very happy with her processing. We took one to Casey's and won't be going back. Prefer Rhonda's.

Did my own keep it cool and process when you get home. No doubt it is a lot of work but worth it.

I have always done my own for deer, but I might be over my head with a elk.

Elk is same only more

Elk is not any harder just more of it. I cut and get friends or family to wrap and label it. Great bonding time.

I wouldn't hesitate to use caseys, bix (who used to work for casey), or Keith Parker. All are stand up guys who do good work!
