Smoked Turkey tips please

Oh, and I highly recomend the "Amaze n Pellet Smoker". A have a masterbuilt electric smoker but I dont use the tray in it I only use the maze tray with pellets. It's the bomb!

low smoke - which is about 160 or so...(camp chef pellet feed smoker) then i turned it up to 300 degrees for one hour- took it out when the temp was 160.

 

It tasted awesome...

haha got to leave early -my two boys have a elk hunt in 22N.... we ate tonight as a family.

Not as pretty as I could be but as always came out smoking great!!!! Happy Thanksgiving

I always wrap my bird in bacon before smoking. For days afterwards I have breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared.
