Help Wanted - Open positions

Recommended Posts

I currently have 2 positions posted - a Custodial Supervisor, and a S/R Coordinator. Save your editorializing about the rates of pay. The Universities dont pay great but they have some of the best benefits out there - awesome health insurance, state pension, significant tuition reduction at all 3 Universities.

Custodial Services Supervisor - https://uacareers.com/postings/15776

Shipping/Receiving Coordinator - https://uacareers.com/postings/15775

Also hiring General Maintenance Mechanics https://uacareers.com/postings/14095

There are lots of positions outside of my department as well. If you know folks looking for work, I suggest you check the website. Choose "greater Phoenix area" in the search function.

I know the pay isn't top of the line, but the benefits are awesome. State Retirement, paid state holidays, sick and vacation time.

I doubt youll find better health insurance. I pay about $250/month for Blue Cross. No deductibles. $15 co pay for primary care doctor. $100 co pay for hospitalization

Qualified Tuition Reduction - for any of the 3 Universities - $25 per semester (plus fees) for you. Your dependents pay 25% of the listed in state tuition.

Thanks

Growing! Been growing for 9 years! My team manages just about a million square feet of awesome new buildings. We support all 3 Universities on campus and all of their associated programs.

Sounds like a pretty sweet gig for someone with kids that are college age or close to it. Sure beats paying student loans for 10 years!

Good luck on your hiring.
