Spainish Chorizo

Recommended Posts

Guest oneshot

Mexican Chorizo= loose grind of pork/beef w/spices that needs to be cooked before eating...

Spainish Chorizo= cured/dry sausage type, can be eaten as-is or cooked into meat/seafood dishes...

Dickmans has boars head brand spainish chorizo, about $17 for a 1/2lbs(prob can find less expensive on line), that is very good...

Anyone know of other places in Tucson that have spainish chorizo???

paper-thin SC slices w/olives,stuffed grape leaves, hot red pepper/artichokes, french bread with olive oil/vineger...

Cold Pacifico's...
