It’s a Colt and I think it’s 36 caliber.  I forget the model.

It is a Colt and was manufactured in a variety of calibers from .36 to .64. Maybe someone will come up with the model.

Yes, the Colt New Service Revolving Rifle. Bull carries one in the film So Dorado.

I can’t remember the model, but since levers are from 1885-1894 and the revolvers are 1850 or so, it would be model number from 1850 - about 1870.

I always thought the revolving rifles were cool. I remember it being bull's gun in El Dorado though.

Not sure I follow you. Are you saying that lever action rifles began production in 1885?

Not really.  I was just thinking about the popular models out there. All I can come up with without cheating, or looking it up, was the model 1895 and model 1894.  I know back in the day, they would model number rifles and pistols after the year they were patented.

The Henry rifle was used in the Civil War, so about 1861 or so.
