Your gun is a Stevens model 350 but it could have anyone of several different names on the gun. Steven made those guns for several different retailers that each gave the gun their own name.

This gun is not to be confused with the recent Stevens model 350 which is a cheap pump gun. Here is what one looks like in good condition:

It is a JC Higgins model 29 or 30 (made by High Standard for Sears)

I have that same pistol but in much better shape. Mine is a .32 S&W.  I researched it a while back when someone on here posted a similar one. Sadly, I can't recall what I found out. 😠

I've seen Hoodrats on TV turn their gun sideways, but I can't recall anyone shooting a gun upside down like that!
