so IF he is found guilty what will happen? fined and loss of hunting rights in AZ for 5 years? will he be able to move to NM, CO or UT and set up shop there?

Az is part of the interstate wildlife pact so if you lose your privileges on any one you lose it in all. Those you stated are also part. 45 states or so.

Yep, I remember when this was a big discussion on here when he shot that buck four years ago. It went 16 pages before it was locked down.

You think he will stop hunting in Arizona just beacause they revoke his Privilages, then he just saves more money cause he doesn't have to buy a licence or a tag, if he had them to begin with. Just one more law to ignore and break.
