Insurance about 60, boat 320, fish cleaning about 40, gas about 130, hotel $40

Not a problem. I don't have a budget. Add a few Benjamins and I'm GTG. I usually take $2K in cash for whatever. In my past treks I have had to cover others expensenses  on hunting trips.
