stanley Report post Posted June 22, 2018 Man, just seeing this post brings back some GREAT memories! Growing-up in Keany, our cross country coach would take us on 10K runs all over..... A couple of times a year he would load-up the school van with a few of us and go on a 'high altitude training day' to Seneca! We would sit on those rocks down by the dam and absolutely slay those little trout stockers on z-rays, Mepps, and cheese! Coach Rubalcaba was a cool dude!
