PRDATR Report post Posted September 25, 2018 The weather plays a big part of when they can do them. Spring and it's too wet, Summer, no rain too dry so it creates the possibility of a wind gust coming up and spreading it out of control. Fall conditions tend to be just right and it always seems to be during now through late October and into late November which makes it's rough on folks with asthma. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
