rossislider Report post Posted December 17, 2018 I am in the east valley (Queen Creek). I have the medium size hip belt. unless you are over a 40 inch waist, maybe even 42, I would go with the medium belt. The waist size on the website for the medium says 34-38. I'm a 6'4" and size 38 right now (yeah I know I need to drop a few pounds). The medium belt has plenty of room to spare for me. At least a couple of inches on either side.
