CZ550 American 6.5x55 SE

Recommended Posts

Absolutely beautiful CZ550 American 6.5x55 SE rifle. The walnut wood stock and checking is to die for. Comes with 1” rings and a Leopold 3x9-50 scope, don’t know the total round count, but I’ve personally only shot 10 rds through it. 1 1/2 boxes of ammo. Bipod not included. Won’t be disappointed whether shooting or adding to your arsenal.03C9B8A8-369B-4E05-BFE5-7C3543358AE6.thumb.jpeg.bcfbc736da0939d96ca1fadf33f4e6de.jpeg

I LOVE CZ 550's, especially in 6.5x55.

They are not making many models with the 550 single set trigger anymore. Somebody needs to jump on this.

I will measure length of barrel and get weight tonight, as for twist; how would one find that out?

The old fashion way would be to put a tight fitting patch on a cleaning rod, put it down the barrel, make a mark on the cleaning rod, back the rod until that mark makes a complete revulution make another mark, then measure the marks and that's your rate of twist, crude but effective. The modern way to find out is to Google it up, it's 1-8.66 inches.

I’ve hunted with one before in 30-06 awesome rifle. Shot well and felt perfect on the carry, off hand or off a bench. For those interested.

Wish i needed. 6.5 x 55 it’s tempting.
