Yeah we got on board with the money-making game at the expense of non residents.

You only have to but the $4 stamp with the license.  The $5 one is optional only needed if you are hunting on federal lands, which most of us are.

Seems most state are going that direction

Thanks for clarifying that.  I panicked after reading this and went into my account on NMGF worried I had missed buying something and would get booted out of the draw.  It’s just the $65+$4 like you said.
