Wish I still had picks but in gmu 9 there are several scattered small pine branch shelters. They measure no more than 4 1/2'-5' in dia.. The circumference of the shelters were all rock lined with a small fire pit in the center. The entrances had a single flat rock and an offering was often left on the stone sash.

Sounds like dug in sweat lodges.  Maybe havasupai or navajo?

This is just hilarious, but it got me to thinking, which usually doesn't get me very far.

Males (or those that identify as male) are most often hunters and hikers.

So do you play the percentages and say this was brought into the wild by a male?  Not that there's anything wrong with that!

So here’s the question.... there’s a bobcat running the canyon and I’m going to set a cage trap there next weekend, do I hang it as an attraction in the back of the cage hoping for a pussycat? 😂😂😂😁

Don’t think you’ll get a pussycat. Some A-hole of a guy will probably steal it.

Just recently in 6a I had the spotting scope out glassing over a few valleys and ridges from a high point. Way far out there were 5-6 guys in some remote flats that were dancing while playing fiddles and banjos... hating myself for not getting a picture.  I mean what made it even stranger is it was a very remote area. I grew up around the swamps of the south as a kid and saw some strange things and even stranger people, though this shat was creepy.

You're not that far from Sedona. Probably some hippies waiting on the moronic convergence.
