I think lots of places are out.  Aero Precision is a fav.

Aero has the screw under the pistol grip that tightens against the upper that was invented by David Beaty of Sun Devil Mfg. Avoids having to use wedges.

Anderson's tend to be a little less cost.

Palmetto was selling theirs pretty cheap for awhile, but I don't know what shipping did to the price.

Now the lower parts kits are getting more expensive.

Palmetto, Primary Arms, Delta Team Tactical which is associated with Davidson's and Omega, are a few off of the top of my head. Maybe Lake Tactical on the west side of town has some billets reasonable. CDNN had some AR10 lowers and lower/upper combos for sale.

Sometimes Brownells has a good deal on Aero lowers.

I stopped looking last week since prices have been climbing.

Guntec in Scottsdale requires a $400 min. Purchase and a resale #.

Hope that helps a little.

I bought some on sale a couple of years back from Cabels, but I don't know if that is still available. There is a$10 off $40 or more coupon out there.

I don't think Outdoor Sports has lowers and I don't like their lower kits.

Is this the -6 plus model able to shoot +P?

Bearman, can any of those handle +p loads?

Elk hunter, are you needing one for a build or just wanting some for insurance? I have several Aero lowers I bought for insurance,  was not planning on selling......

Palmetto's lowers are high shelf according to their site.

+ P - got it. I was interested in the gun.

PSA outsources everything .  Aero used to make their receivers and then I think  LW Schneider but who really knows... PSA puts out a pretty substantial volume so I can't say for sure if they  source from multiple places.

there are 3 types of lowers, cast, milled and forged.  Forged receivers are the lightest and strongest.   Many forged receivers are rebranded.
