What year is the dryer and does the power cord come with it?

It's listed as a "Whirlpool Ultimate Care Heavy Duty Gas Dryer " so probably just requires a simple 120V cord to run the drum rather than the heavy-duty 220 cord for an electric one, which I have of basically the same model. I think ours is like 25 yrs. old and all I've ever replaced was the belt that turns the drum.

Thanks Outdoor writer, I am not an appliance person so this is good information. I will let the wife know and it is also for a good cause.

The big key here is a gas line needs to be present where the dryer will be used.

I have two dryers listed for sale (one electric and the other is gas):

  1.  Whirlpool Duet Electric Dryer - 350.00 300.00 ....this one is 12+ years old.  It does have a power cord.

23.  Whirlpool Ultimate Care Heavy Duty Gas Dryer - 100.00 75.00....I have no idea the age of this one, I am guessing 18+ years old.  It does have a power cord, as Outdoor Writer stated above it does have a 120v cord.
