If it is numbered, or could be considered "any route reasonably passable by a mode of conveyance", it can be considered a road. 4huntrs Report post Posted October 14, 2020 The hunter never shot from the road but did shoot across the road. This part not on video. The road is a forest Service 2 track. AZ law leaves a lot of discretion as how it could be interpreted when it comes to regular maintained road. With all the pot holes and cracks I’m not sure the roads in my neighborhood are regular maintained. Still not what should be taught. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
