Here is what Jeremy had to say about his hunt:
After not getting great opportunities the first two days we were beginning to feel anxious. I wanted to hold off as long as I could to get one worthy of being put on the wall. My dad on the other hand could taste blood after being skunked for the last couple of years (he has a problem shooting straight 🙂 ). We finally glassed up 3 small bucks Saturday night and bedded them to find the next day. Bright and early we snuck down where we bedded them the night before. Four bucks got up and I shot the biggest one in the group at about 250 yards with my dad shooting the next biggest closer to 400 yards away. We had two bucks down and back to the truck by 9:30AM. Even though his buck wasn’t the biggest buck ever he sure was emotional over it. A great lesson to learn from: Family, outdoors, and a great story makes this passion of ours what it is.
