Phil got this fine deer on November 8, 2003.  He took it with a 280 yard shot.  He passed up a spike about 20 minutes before finding this buck.  It green scores about 86 points.  Phil was about two miles away from the nearest truck and says that’s the best way to find the big bucks.  He has seen some 120 inch bucks in past archery seasons, but never has connected with them.
