So no more lease fee and cheaper propane.

I have used graves and yavapai bottle gas. But I have friends that are using flame. I have yet to have a problem. The tank is in great shape. Had a anode attached so no corrosion.

Here in Yavapai county as long as there is propane in the tank no inspection needed.

I have had quite a few of these and have never had to have them certified. I have installed quite a few in Yavapai and Coconino county and no inspection necessary.

Tank is approximately 9 foot long and 3 foot in diameter. It has about 50 gallons of propane in it. I am having troubles posting pics but I can send a pic however you wish if need be

We recently had a boulder roll down and destroy our toy hauler. We lost about 90 percent of our hunting equipment. I am going to be looking for new equipment. Which leads to me asking what hand held radios do you like? I want to try to get good distance as well as vibrate mode.

It is a bad thing but it could have been a horrific accident. My kids tree house is right behind our toy hauler one huge boulder is laying in their tree house. So we are fortunate. I have not been in a place like I am now as far as stress and it makes me happy to know that all of you on this site are caring people.

Yes I checked into home owners insurance but since it was an uncovered event ie landslide they dont cover contents. If someone stole my trailor then they would cover contents. Just my luck.

Just a fyi check your insurance policy to make sure everything in your travel trailer is covered we thought ours was but we were wrong. Check the fine print.

The radios are low on my list as well but with the cost of clean up that comes directly out of my pocket I can not afford to get some of the other stuff. And if I have to replace them in the future I want the opinion of you guys
