Anyone ever notice the little grey/silver sticker @ circle K diesel fuel pumps? you are being taxed for commercial road tax. If you take your receipt into counter they will refund 8 cents a gallon. I live in san tan valley went to get My refund and saw the ledger and no one had done it for a month. The clerk did not know about it. there are a lot of diesel pick-ups in the area how much free money do you think they make in a month?
