  1. I know I'll jinx my self. I still have things in the freezer I didn't take in yet. So I figure if I have the money saved I'll drop him off on my way back home. Haven't decided what type of mount I want tho. Probably won't sell it all, just exploring my options hoping someone wants something.

  2. Like my previous items that aren't selling LOL.........................Trying to pre-fund my hopefully successful elk hunt taxidermy bill. Another shotgun I hate to sell but I will live without it. Trades also considered. I have a Remington 11-87 20Ga with shell holder, extended bolt handle, including turkey choke, and a few boxes of shells. Shoots awesome for all the fast flying doves when the O/U is too slow. Can send more pictures if needed. It has some wear from use but has not been abused. I painted the stock but it can be striped off if its a deal breaker (I just didn't like the all black). Looking for $550

  3. Don't worry guys. No body on here is giving me crap for drawing the tag. Just my buddies who put in for the same hunt and haven't drawn yet. Even they are excited one of us got it. It's all in good fun. We will be scouting and fishing all summer. More or less the scouting will just be to look at antler growth so I can set my goal. Other than that I'll still shoot a small bull on the last day for all the delicious meat if that's what it comes down to.

  4. I'll probably get a lot of crap for saying how many points I had but what the heck! I had 2 points (hunters safety and loyalty). I never expected to draw the tag and have been putting it on my apps as first choice for only about 6 years. It shows how much luck has to play in the draw. I'm very much grateful for the tag and as anyone that knows me can agree I will bust my butt on this hunt. Every hunt I get I take the week or sometimes two weeks off work for each one and glass until my eyes fall out, then walk a few miles and glass some more. I usually help other people get the "trophy" they want and I seem to settle for something less on the last day. Now it's my turn to get my "trophy". I still consider all my harvested animals trophy and will cherish the memories forever. Just really want at least a 350 bull this year. Lol
