So I was looking at prices of AR's online and it seems to me that the prices are coming down as well as the number for sale going up. Is the hype winding down, or do you think it will pick up again? Prices I found were $1,000 shipped for a brand new DPMS, $1250 for a custom painted Bushmaster shot less than 50 rounds, etc. Did I just get lucky on finding these prices? Just curious as to what you all think?

I hear ya on the ammo! Seems mags are coming down too thou. Do you think this stuff will ever come down to the "pre-craziness prices"?

I've always been a Niner fan and it's exciting to see my team play the last couple of years. I love that this year the Harbough brothers are playing against each other and the great attitudes they have displayed. Gonna be a great game!

Thanks Wellhead. There's probably a dozen fishing holes or more within a 1/2 hour drive of the house. There's even one close by that you can walk/ride your bike to!

DUG-The closest neighbors are great! They own the house across the street and next door. The other 2 sides are empty lots. Forest Service land is about 1/2 mile down the road to ride atv's etc. from the house. Williams has motorcycle groups or HOG rallys all summer. Mrs125-Yes, it's on Hot Rod Alley. This house is priced to sell! I've been renting it out and tired of being a landlord...
