I was recently shown a photo of a bobcat in my fiends mothers backyard somewhere in Tucson. I'll try and find out where she lives. He said there's a big wash behind her house. If I can find the picture I'll post it.

Awesome job video taping these small coues deer Jay!!!. This is a must see video for anyone into hunting coues. You guys make it look easy!!! One giant deer after another. I like the story line of Jason Meldes buck where you have live footage of the buck in velvet then hard horned and then the day of the hunt. Nice Job!! Howdy Jay, Carl here! I'm taking my son this weekend to hunt the elusive coues. Hope to see some big ones still alive from last year. I'll have the video camera with me and hope to get some good footage. I'm sure we'll at least have a great time! I just got back from Wisconsin bow hunting whitetails. A pack of wolves were scaring all the deer off the section of land we were hunting. I was fortunate enough to see a pure white albino doe. What a neat experience! Good luck to you this weekend also! What's a 130" title without a photo?? Here's the photo of the 130" coues taken by Jason Melde on the mentioned video. Also attached is a buck I shot two years earlier that was running with Jason's buck when he was alot smaller. These deer were taken within yards of each other two years apart.

Wow!! I'm suprized you did so well with so many lions in the area. I guess they know where to hunt also. Congratulations! What a great job.

Great looking buck! I say everyone is in the ball park with score. Right around 90". Congratulations!

I shot twice at my largest coues and took him with the second shot at 394 yds. My Weatherby 300 mag was sighted in for 300 yards and shoots better than my abilities. Took two at just under 300 and two more at less than 100 running away. Never lost a coues yet! My son (age 15) took one last year at 304 yds the last 45 mins of the hunt. Most important thing, IMO, is a super steady rest and good shooting form and practice, practice practice!!!
