Randy Ulmer KIlls Another GIant!!!!
Coues Sniper replied to Buckhunter's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
209 gross. And he still has another tag in Nevada! (landowner tag) His string of 200" bucks is just never ending. dang he's a stud. -
That's a sweet looking rig. But can you imagine the bad habits that thing has been taught???
-
That lion looks sweet josh, and I've always liked those sheep mounts of yours CnS. One day I'll get a chance to kill a sheep. Pops is kinda funny about that (posting his pics) I'll see if he minds if i put a few on here. That buck deserves it; just shy of 40" of mass on a Coues is pretty much unheard of!

I respect the heck out of them for doing what they did. Less than 1% failure and they do a complete recall? Good for them. The only guys this hurts is the dealers who are now going to have to switch out limbs. On a side note , the guy I use up here in Vegas, Hoss at Desert outdoor Sports, called me this morning to let me know the deal and ask for my dad's number as he sold him a General a few weeks ago and didn't have his number. Now that's good service.

That's freaking awesome.

I'll take (1) Large in Sand, and (1) Large in Prairie. Look great Amanda!

Thanks Terry, good to see you on here! Yeah, pops and I will be hunting with Brad again this year. We've done pretty well the last few years with him . And no AZ tags for me, or for pops. heck we couldn't draw a tag in 3 states.

Ha ha! Fat chance Jimmy!

+1 Does that mean you don't like the looks of the front design or you just don't like tshirts in general with front designs? Amanda I'm with ajohunter. I like the designs, i just prefer a large design to be on the back with a small design or logo on the front. Just looks better IMO.

Little Non-typ
Coues Sniper replied to AZ402's topic in Photography of Coues Deer and Other Wildlife
Agreed. That bull has some promise. -
Thanks guys Yeah, that was one of the things i liked best about his work too was the ocotillo. He dries that and hand paints it himself. That was really the only direction i gave him was to make it a nice pedestal with some ocotillo in it. His habitat is what really sets him apart in my opinion.

Name This Snake PART II
Coues Sniper replied to Chef's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
Naw, then he'd be using it.. I'm good with that! It's when folks just blast any snake they see just cuz they "hate" any snake thats alive..now THAT pisses me off. +1 -

I've thought about this one long and hard... Flounder. But I'm a legacy! -
These are not mine, but some pictures the Bundy crew has taken this year on the Strip. Antler growth seems very good so far. And did you say you have a late Kaibab tag??? You dirty ****** ******.

Un-freaking-real. And he let it walk the first time??? That borders on lunacy. Congratulations Mullins Outfitters. Enjoy this one. He's one in a million, and you guys earned him for sure. And also, I take back all the crap I gave you before the pics were posted
-
I was thinking it, you wrote it

4 pages and no pics, . This is an obvious marketing ploy on Mullin's Outfitter's part. Pretty brilliant actually; Get a buzz going before you ever release the goods. Kinda like that whole X-box thing. Get everyone all lathered up and then surprise - you can't get your hands on one. Just read about other people who have. Phone pics aren't cutting it anymore Jimmy, you big tease.

I voted Coues whisperer, but I like bobbyo's idea of "Serial Coues Killer". That's freaking tough. Get that tatted on your forearm or something??? TOUGH. -
Which is best? Leica, Swar. or Zeiss need HELP!!!
Coues Sniper replied to wbyfireman's topic in Optics and tripods
agreed This topic has been debated to death on this site many times. All the brands you mentioned are great. My advice is the Swarovski. They are flat out the best in my opinion, and they are far and away the best with warranty work. Not that you'll need it unless you knock your tripod over several times and scratch your lenses... in which case they will fix them and next day them to you for free. No matter how many times you've done that. Do a search and you'll find all the advice and banter you can handle. -
Ouch....geezz....CALL your DAD Jimbo!! Amanda It's sad how fast success goes to your head and your forget who taught you everything you know...
