How about the state, not renew grazing rights for the trust land portions of the ranch and fine them up the butt until they understand that 30 - 40% of that ranch is land that all are entitled to use with a hunting license ... Building off of this , you may want to look and share on how the State Governments (many in the most Anti Hunting states) Use a lot of tax dollars to slaughter and leave lay many species of games from mountain lions and coyotes all the way up to deer and moose at times... They contract most of this out at a significant cost to taxpayers.

CouesPursuit ... I think the issue is using the word Justify ... In all honesty as a few have stated Being part of the natural order and a part of the living eco system which is the biology of this planet does not nor should have to be justified. Hunting (not talking about trophy) is one of the few ways that in a modern world, individuals can still learn,become closer, and become more of a part of the process in our planets eco system. Through hunting most of us gain a level of respect for our living planet, that goes beyond what the average person and non hunter can ever understand. Instead of justifying I would suggest Making your audience aware and educated on how Hunting is a part of a natural process. As stated use science such as carrying capacity, like Firstcoues stated. Speak of conservation and how hunting has done more in the last 100 years for re-establishing, growing and maintaining Big game herds as well as non hunted game throughout The U.S. and many parts the World. I do not see why any person should have to Justify being a part of and performing a process that has been part of human existence for 200,000 years ...

Most of those individuals I know that are against Hunting are ignorant of facts and Science and thus not worth the breath taken to justify ... I usually ask them, "When are you going to give up eating any meat?" They usually shut up pretty quick. granted I do not have any vegan or vegetarian friends.

what color crick hoppers were you using? We usually use Black and Gold or the Olive with Red when we resort to them.

Always done well using bigger Rapala and Yozuri Pin Minnow/crystal Minnows (suspending or countdown) with salmon eggs on rear hooks for bigger guys at Big lake, Always preferred the Big Wet Flies at Sunrise ... Got a new rig I want to try out in early June when I make it up to big lake.

I did this kind of search a few years back on a 12 x 12 Ez-Up .... After everything was said and done I found it more economical to just Buy a whole new one... Saved the frame for just in case and was able to save my cousin after his frame got jacked in a storm.

I know a couple guys who did the Repel headlight treatment and both said it lasted only a few weeks (both done during summer) and after a couple times of repeating the plastic was ruined to the point they had to replace them.

ThomC It will Most Likely pass and like 90% of the things we are told by elected officials we will not se the real damage for another 8- 12 years ... They are selling it as a k-12 thing but other than the 259 million this year ( which gets the state off the hook for most of what they owe) the increase in the fund is for all beneficiaries ... People are being told a lot of things and for 2016 I am sure teachers may see a slight bump in pay. But the years to come ? I would bet on a lot of misappropriated funds being spent on the wrong people and wrong things in years 2 - 10. I guess it is too much to ask for laws that state specifics allowing for true transparency and accountability when it comes to the of spending tax dollars and revenue from other sources that are there for a schools.

I am not going by what people say they will do , because that is how we got here in the first place ... How about you look at what Prop 123 actually changes in HCR 2001 and the official language that will become law , not what they are selling it as ... Also notice that the changes over the 10 years period does not specify k-12 except for the 2016 distribution of 259 million, and any expendable earning above the 2.5 % as Basic state aid (bailing the state out of their responsibility of paying back the money the court awarded the schools) I think the % of state trust money should be adjusted and teachers should be paid more, but there is no binding legal definitions in these changes that state what you claim ... Only the word of Officials and Administrators.
