    That looks like a fantastic trip.

     

    I'd love to do something like that, but I tend to get robbed by the Federales when I go to Mexico so..

     

     

    Jazz that happens frequently. I am extremely surprised anyone from the states ever ventures down across the border

    Yup everyone gets robbed all the time...I think you guys should stay in the U.S. so I dont have to wait in line for my tacos, beer, and can fish any day I want down there..... I have been going for 20 years along with tons of people i know and not one person has had an issue...

     

    Never ever been robbed by the police not even during my drunken 20's when we would constantly go to RP to get drunk and party at the Gua Gua lol..Its a really fun and cheap get away and all the resorts make it family friendly now..

     

    local police or security can and will shake you down if you do some dumb stuff. ive paid mordida a few times but only once was it illegitimate reason. also had a friend get knocked out and robbed in the mirador but he was probably trying to get coke and a hooker.

     

    One of my buddies went to jail for fighting in the Pink Cadillac.. When we picked him up he was barefoot and he said they stole his shoes in his sleep and he couldn't get them back lol..They definitely pull people over and shake them down but you have be doing some dumb shoot like hanging out the window or sunroof of your car...

    Good they should tank for Marvin Bagley III .. Kid was playing for Cornoa Del Sol at one point a couple years ago but then transferred to those basketball schools and what not.. Anyway he's now at Duke and will enter the draft after this season. I would compare this kid to Kevin Durant he's already been playing in the NBA Drew league putting up like 25 points.

    Well got into them pretty good this am. Had a ouple oppertunities that just didnt work out. Really tbick in places and things in the way but was awesome bugling and rutting action. 2 bulls faught all morning. 3 bulls were pretty good. All bugles stopped around 730 8 just like you said phil beavers.

     

    Yup sounds about right.. First two days of archery they were bugling until noon. But from Sept 17th-20th they were only bugling before first light all the way through 8:30 am ish

    I archery hunted 9 and tagged out.. The bugling was pretty minimal. There was some on opening day and Saturday morning but then it got quiet. Still was able to chase some bugles in the morning from 5am to 8 am ish just gotta hike some. I could hear bulls fighting though and bugling a lot the first couple of days.. I killed my bull around 8:30 am.. I hunted right by Tusyan on the east side..

    I finally had my first encounter with a game warden in Unit 9.. He was cool though he just rolled into Elk camp and asked " so who has the tag?" I said "me" and then went to my back pack to get my tag and hunting license. He gave them a quick glance and told us "good luck "

     

    Sounds like a real power-hungry, bullied, jerk. Sorry for your experience.

     

    The ones that are mean are probably the ones that are in those units like 6A where all sorts of shenanigans happen. They probably deal with stupidity every day of the year. Nothing against 6A its just you hear the horror stories every season ...
