I bought the rifle about 6 months ago for my dad. I bought from a outfitter in colorado, that passed away. I will say the barrel in not factory nor the bolt, or stock, from what i could tell this was a well built rifle. This guy must have had over 100 rifiles that were all done up.

From what i have read its pretty hard to shoot out a barrel.

Well first time i put a new crossfire scope on it. After 2 boxes of bullets I came to the conclusion that the scope was bad. I took the scope back and bought a new viper 6-20. Sportsmans warehouse put the scope on, with new bases. I am shot two diffreent bullets out of it. horaday sst 162 grain and horaday eld 165 grain.

Any help in 5b North for a archery bull tag sept 15th. I know the south part of the unit very well. I am helping with a hunt for a disabled vet threw the hunts for hero program. We are not looking for a big bull, we are just looking for anything with antlers. The elk tag was donated last night so I dont have alot of time to do any scouting.
Thank you and gob bless

I'm familiar with both of those units. Are both their hunts at the same time?
A week apart

I have a couple of newbie hunters that asked for my help. I told them where to put in for so I could help them in a unit I know. Some how they put in for some crazy units. I have one that pulled a unit 21 coues tag and a one that pulled a 36b coues tag. I have never hunted these unit. With out giving away any sweet spot is any one willing to point me in the the right direction to start scouting.
Thank you.

I am sure this will get a little bit of mixed reviews.
Can a 9mm carbine kill a mule deer with no problem under 100 yards? I think anything over 100 yards is just asking for trouble.

HOW MUCH YOU ASKING? I AM INTERESTED.

I'm tripping, why would it be any different or a problem shooting from a bipod
I was told the flex of the stock is different when shooting from a bi pod. (free floating barrel) Which can affect the accuracy.

Looking at boyds stock (WOOD) or Stockeys (CARBON FIBER)
My question is once its bedded and barrel has been floated will I have a problem with either of these stocks shooting from a bi-pod?
2nd is it worth converting to a BDL from a ADL?
Thank you
