I’ve just decided that I don’t like the recoil without the brake, and I don’t like hunting with a brake. I have a couple of 7mms that will get the job done, and I just don’t see myself choosing to carry the 300 over either of them.

I'm down there fairly often but not for the next few weeks. I'm happy to hold onto it for you until you can make it up here though! Jim
