A longtime family friend lost her husband and I am helping her to sell some of his gear. Included are these MEC reloading presses. The first is a MEC 650 for 12ga., and the second is a MEC Grabber 762R for 28ga. Each is in good condition, but may need a little dusting. Although the 28ga picture does not show the primer tray, I do have that. Here's the deal - In order to make things easier and hopefully collect some funds a little quicker for our friend, I will offer a package deal for everything. If after a few days that is not successful, I am happy to set new prices and start selling items separately. The package would include: - MEC 650 "85" Progressive Press for 12ga. - MEC Grabber 762R Progressive Press for 28ga. - Two bricks (2,000) of CCI 209 primers - One brick (1,000) of Winchester 209 primers - One brick and a partial box (1,800 total) Rio 209 primers - Three (3), 25lb sacks of #8 lead shot - One and a half 25lb sacks of #7.5 lead shot - Two (2) additional charging bars with extra bushings - One and a half bags of 12ga wads - Handloaded shells and spent hulls - The gentleman was in-between loading sessions, so some of the hoppers have powder and shot in them. I left all that as-is for the next owner to do with as they wish. - I took the pictures upright - apologies but it looks like they may be displaying sideways. Asking $500 for everything listed above. Sharing this info where I can. One of my Facebook groups posted this dog was found out in the woods around Unit 17A. If the dog looks familiar let me know and I can direct you to the folks who found it.

A guy was out hunting and came across this dog wondering about. It was taken to a vet and found to be chipped. Owner and dog were soon reunited after that.

I have the LH version if this gun. With plain factory ammo (150gr and 180gr .308 Win) and those open sites, it groups very well. I mounted a scout scope for load development and so far it is putting 165gr Ballistic Tips inside of a nickel at 100 yards. I'm tempted to just call it good right there, but may continue to experiment a little. Good luck with the sale of this do-everything rig.

Vintage loading equipment - all could use a good dusting, but everything is, or could be functional. - Ohaus 10-10 Scale - this one measures in grams and has a grams-to-grains conversion chart. Works just fine - $35 - Ohaus 505 Scale - a really nice scale. The powder pan handle came apart, which means it lost its counter-weight BBs. When I used it, I just placed washers on the handle to bring the scale to zero, but I suppose someone could find a replacement pan. $30 - Redding Scale - this one needs a new powder pan. After a quick clean and a pan I'm sure it would work, but I'll sell it as a cool cast paper weight or decorative piece for $5 - CH 204 Loading Press - $20 - CH (red) Loading Press - $20 If someone will take the entire package - I'll do $85 for everything.
