Sadly that is the only picture of him I took. There were 3 other bucks in the group that were quite a bit larger. Here is one of the smaller bucks in the group, but still a decent 3 point. That must have been a pretty good group you saw for that 3 by to be the smallest one out of the group. You have an elk tag or you out heplin your buddies?

I want to see more of that mulie.

I like the mass, I didn't know they liked pumpkins.. Kind of hard to guess for me, but i'd put him around 100, probably more though.. Need a front picture of him.

I'd say Carp cuz of the hair on the skull and the eyeguards and coues n sheep has a good point too.

Welcome to the site Heat. Traveling from Yuma is a long ways and no wonder you didn't do any scouting with the gas prices. Kiabab is one of my favorite places to go, even if i don't bag anything i still have a great time. I been hunting up there quite a bit and know some pretty good spots... some years there hot and some years there not so much, which is good to have backup areas. I have only takin one buck from there, a nice 3x4 but i have had lots of chances but just failed. Thats why i love bow hunting its tough, and when you finally get one, its the best feeling ever. I will be putting in for it first choice next year. I want me another nice muley on the wall. Last two years i been going for coues and doing the same thing this year again.

My brother gave one of his buddies our hunting spot up there and they said they were seeing big bucks everywhere. But they just keep mis judging yardage. I heard from a gal at my work that her husband and son took some two pointers but they too said they were seeing lots of big bucks, but they did say the coyotes were bad this year...

I agree, got some good lookin deer on there that i would be happy to put my tag on.

Thats a bummer, but tell him to keep his head up and he will eventually get one... takes patience. Took me a while to get my first deer with a bow, and when it happened, it was exciting.
