I paid 1600$ for it last year this same container cost 2000$ this year , I would sell for 1400$ or trade for a rifle shotgun or scope , it has a new roof, just re-sealed the floor also, I had this set up on my land to camp in, selling the land so no longer need it, shoot me an offer , probably won’t say no just need it gone at this point, located in 3 points Az you must move.
