migration or not there is always the same amount of deer in 12aw, they migrate from summer range to winter range (both are in the unit you put in for) give or take a few deer. The Kaibab is just a lot easier to hunt if they have moved to the winter range, you can glass if they have dropped out of the firs, aspens and pines. but for the numbers migration has nothing to do with it, they are in 12aw migration or not.
