OK. I went to Cabelas Bargain Cave and found a Leupold VX III 4.5 X 14 X 40 A.O. with the Boone & Crocket reticle. It was $499, the manager came down to $470, so I bought it. It seems to be very clear even today in the cloudy weather. I can't wait to put it on my 300wsm. Thanks everyone!

Drew a limited opportunity Elk tag, units 15a and b, 17a and b, 18a and b, 19b, and 20a. I would appreciate any help on where to start scouting. It's an archery cow tag and is in September.
