Agree, find out where the 300 is hitting out at longer ranges. Use a balistic program if need be.

I got rejected for not enough payment. I looked at the regs and it's $28.75 for pig. I looked at my account and they cashed a check for $28.75. What gives. Is $28.75 correct

Some interesting info.... http://www.worldartswest.org/main/discipline.asp?i=25

I retired my model 7 243 since deer would run 75 to 100 yards on a heart and lung shot. Now I use my 270 for jump shooting and my 7 mag for long range when glassin

Yes it is a jetting issue, you will run rich at higher elevations. The EFI shouldn't have that issue since a computer moniters fuel delivery.
-
I bet if you got one with the EFI, that would eliminate the cold blooded issue.

Yes, the first ones were two strokes with no engine braking, the 4X4's had 3 drive chians. They were basically a snow mobile with wheels added. I always ended up buying Hondas or Yamys since they were much more refined units.

Can't say much about the newer polaris's, but the older polaris quads were the biggest junk on the trail.

It looks like Mt Fagan and have hunted it and have taken deer on it. Sycamore Canyon on the back side of it has lots of deer and easy access to the mountain.

Incredible place it is. I got my chance to go up there when I was working full time with the Forest Service back in 92. I did a detail up there to do asbestos inspections on buildings. They flew me from island to island in float plane to different sites and was the high light of my Forest Service work. I plan to go back some day////

Chris, Yes, I can say I am actually say I am being nice to you. I decided that there is no reason to hold any hostilty toward you or anyone else on here. I respect who you are as I hope you can respect who I am. You once wrote that I take you way too serious and I probably did. I allowed you to get under my skin, that was my fault. I can agree with you religion is a personal thing and should be kept that way. I won't talk religion or politics on here as this can only create more division on issues not related to this forum. The only politics that need to be talked about here are those related towards hunting and outdoor issues. Good luck on your unit 31 hunt... Ray

Chris, I'm not at all a religious guy either and have never felt persecuted on here. Oh so some people like Ernesto will bless me now and then, but I take that as an act of kindness and not one of disrespect. But what I was trying to get at is that you have issues with people on here that go way beyond religion. You have a pattern of posting a bunch of good stuff after being away for awhile, and then at some point, something controversial comes up and you get into a pissin match with someone and then say that "I'm outta here". You will dis-appear for awhile and the process starts all over again. This is the first time you actually stayed away. I don't mind the controversy except when it gets personal. Oh, by the way, it didn't take me long to find that post. Welcome back if that is what you wish. Ray

Like I said, you're not gaining much here. I did the research 3 years ago and ended up taking my dads 270 instead of a new 270 wsm. Trajectories were not that far off. Magazine capacity is low with WSM's. I think they are over rated.

Begin CHD quote that I dug up "You two gentlemen are admirable for starting and participating in this thread, believe me. Contributing here in any fashion is a rare event. However, you two are pissin' up a rope if you think the rest of these dudes care about this website or sharing useful information or their $$$. They are only takers.........not givers. You can post your jesus stuff all day long.........but they ain't gonna bite. They just don't get it. I really feel for the ADA people trying to drum up support here. No wonder they are tired. A few in this crowd are decent men, including Rembrandt, Wetmule, Coues Addict, Scott Adams, and Bullwidgeon. Dunno whatever happened to Prohunt. He is loooooong gone, as are many of the other old timers, and never to return here. These quality guys always put up quality posts, as they understand how the forum thing works. You post good stuff............................and you receive good stuff. It's a fair exchange. Too bad they got cheated out of the receiving and satisfaction end of this deal. Tho not near as knowledgeable as the other five, it's time for me to give it up as well...............and hit the dusty trail, once again. I ain't gettin' nothin' outta this deal. I have acquaintances that offer me much more about mature Coues bucks and deer hunting. The sad part is that I enjoy helping young hunters. Shallow posters who think they own this website and think that everyone has to post their way...................but they haven't contributed diddly here...........is mind boggling. I can't believe that this sheet is allowed to go on here. Same goes for young men with ego problems. I visit several other forums, and none of this is present there. These guys would be given the boot on any other decent forum. These guys just wanna run off the good members, so they can look like kings. And so goes the history of the world. Vaya con dios." Whos judging who here?

They will out grow anything you buy. Get a suburban and take a sawsall and cut the top off......

Back in my 4whellin days, thats the only place to buy tires. My brother was a hard core guy and was shredding tires all the time. Each one was warranted with no questions asked.

Go down to Sportsmans and put on a pair of these. So far the most comfortable boot I have ever worn http://www.danner.com/product/hunting/big+...+gtx+8%27%27.do

Then how would you vote??? Land develpopers are against it while the eviros are for it...

You are not gaining much here

I have admit that I haven't read the proposition yet, but I'll chime in anyway. I always get a good laugh when some guys on this list go off half cocked and panicked against anything that might involve a tree hugger group. Mark Not going half cocked like you since I least read the thing before submitting an opinion. This thing is rediculously long and vague. Congress would also have to get involved to make changes at the federal level. If anyone is unsure of any proposition, the rule of thumb is to always vote against. Years ago, I remember one proposition that a "no" vote actually meant "yes". These things can be sleazzy...

I'm voting no Go to: http://www.saveourtrust.org/

They are a gray market dealer and would not recomend any gray market dealer for european optics.

I agree that the water broke them. I use to teach a glass art class and whenever we did slumping, glass had to heat up real slow and cool real slow. The glass would crack if it didn't.
