Integrity is what keeps people honest, not a lock keeping them from stealing or taking something that doesnt belong to them. I have a dozen or so cams and have had a few taken. I understand that if I leave something somewhere NOT on private property I run the risk of it not being there when I return. My parents taught me not to take stuff thats not mine and thats what Im tryin to teach my kids. Alright, end of sermon... And I HATE thieves!!!

My brother Derek shot this nice 2x2 early opening AM at 475 yards, 1 shot... Its his 2nd buck in his 2nd straight year of hunting... this buck was running with 2 others. He dialed in his turrets and let the 300RUM rip. I saw the buck run off and told him reload because he missed, he laughed and said, then why is it rolling down the hill? well I guess we were lookin at different bucks... there was a small entry hole just above the left shoulder and a quarter sized exit out the right shoulder... Nice shot Derek!

kinda depends on where you are hunting...

shoot the bigger one, the one getting raped... he is now beta, as the alpha buck just owned him... so his self confidence will be shot, might as well help him out by shooting him. IF the one on top is maimed or killed during the incident, no one will talk as they had just witnessed odd relations

My son, brother and I all have tags in 36A for the same hunt. Our main concern is this heat... it sucks gettin out there before the crack of dawn in rattlesnake/UDI infested territory and then hearing a constant "neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" in my ear! Just hopin we can find one for my 13 yr old to get a shot at. The weeds are definitely getting taller! good luck
