what is wrong with these guides? They need to outlaw all this guiding crap.

When I talked with Game and Fish a week ago they said it was still up in the air with legal. It sounded like folks are already taking legal action.

I think is a little ridiculous that anyone that holds a CHAMP permit will have to renew it again. My question is why? I bet folks like the past Phoenix Mayor won't need to renew it
