Jake is was nice to meet you as well. I have to say that bear was the biggest animal I've ever caped out on my own. What a trophy. I will be sending you a pic-cd very soon. I was up in 23 last monday. Saw a little smoke on top of Armer Mountain for the last few weeks, no big deal. Went up today to check cams and I can see flames from the lower 288 turnoff. Then I see a sign board saying road closed fire on road. What was a little fire on top of the mountain has now spread over the road and is burning its way towards Workman creek. It has already burned up Conner Pit, Saw Mill Flats, and Honey Creek Divide camp locations. What bummer. Waisted the day and gas. Did see 4 deer, a few cows with 2 bulls, 2 flocks of turkeys and some Javis. Spoke to a guy from Forest Service. He told me if they can get in control of the fire up to Workman the road will open in a few days to a week.

Casey, I will be hunting with Matt this sat. Im so pumped. After shooting one with a bow in Unit ten, This hunt should be very promising! By the way you got a heck of a deal!!!!

I have a brand new condition 3000 e/u generator inverter for sale. I bought it and its been sitting in my garage. It has less than an hour run time. Is it realistic? AZ Game and Fish Dept would hate to see this happen. Maybe if it were on private land. But to think that there is already alot of people taking up varmit calling now, it might not be a good idea.

I got this guy and another one in the backround on a trail. In 23 which is a closed unit standing next to my feeder in bright blue jeans, holding a bow. In the last two weeks ive been checking cams I have seen 4 seperate guys bowhunting in 23 for deer.
