As an outsider looking in I think that the ban on baiting or the increase of difficulty in killing a nice deer is really going to make a difference in AZ. I think AZ hunters are in for a big surprise. Not judging just giving my thoughts...

Hi Everybody... One of the questions that I often get asked about NM is about transferring a tag from one person to another. Say that someone is deployed or gets hurt or just wants to transfer the tag.. How does AZ do it? I see that the process you have in AZ is pretty easy. In NM, you need to get the Dir to do it or the Commission... J-
