Thanks guys...it was awesome!! And as for eating the fish, he actually wanted to release it. So we took some pictures and he put it back into the lake.

Here are a few pics of my 5 year olds first catch. Not a bad one either!! My 3 kids were fishing for bluegell with some small jigs and the 5 year old came up with this! I couldn't believe it, by the time I ran over to him, he already had it up on land. I was shaking like a little girl....The excitement was unbelievable...

A good friend of mine called me yesterday. There hunting group found a rifle during the general pig hunt. If you know of anybody who lost there rifle during that hunt in UNIT 34a, PLEASE SEND ME A PM. We can go from there...... Thanks....

I know we're jumping back and forth here, but I just hung up with Game and Fish and the lady said the draw would be out sometime during the SECOND WEEK OF APRIL.......THAT'S B.S. How can that be if the draw is OVER???????????????

3 Trophy Rifle Bull Tags....VISA

I got the same email last week! The email stated it was a MEXICO COUES BUCK. That's just what the email said that I recieved.....

I would have to agree.....the rut has stunk this year. I have seen some rutting but not like in the past years. The cold front this past weekend had the muleys going a little, but I was out yesterday in 34a and ran into a group of 15 does and NOT ONE BUCK. Usually where I bow hunt, the whitetail come down and rut real hard, but this year I have only seen does. It's pretty sad

A good buddy of mine killed a muley on Sunday. 70 yard shot! The buck didn't go 100 yards before he expired. He was sitting a field and actually ran out of arrows (yes he shot his quiver out). He had to back out and head back to his truck to re-load on arrows. When he returned the deer were still there!! So he shot a 6th time and connected this time. Funny story!! This is his second year in a row that he has killed in January. Here are some pics, these are my two boys with the deer:

(kindda sorta might want to be hunters) Not everybody has all the money to put up front.......Like myslelf and I sure wouldn't call myself a kinda sorta might want to be hunter????

Had some great friends of mine come down from Nevada for the December Hunt. (father and two sons) It was an absolute blast. Had a great time and a great hunt! I only have one picture right now, so here it is. All 3 deer were killed on December 29th. 2 morning kills and an early afternoon kill. In the morning they killed the two deer on the left ( 65 inches and 103 ) and the young man behind the deer on the right took it early that afternoon. (95 in) We spotted that buck from over 2000 yards and stalked it to within 7 yards. Made a 40 yard running shot.

Negative......I drive a charcoal grey GMC (extended cab...not the real 4 door..I think you call them suicide doors?) But yes I do have a Sticker? I do have a buddy who also has a sticker and his truck is 4 door and I believe it's silver (I think). He was hunting with me and had his vehicle with him? Did you see him? Where were you hunting?

Yeah, I have a picture of a TOAD with a huge drop tine on his right side.....SAME BUCK?? It's gotta be! Either way, he's awesome.

CouesHunter84, Not to worry, he's all yours!! I am not in unit 32. But good luck to you and your daughter, can't wait to see some pictures. Recurve bow huh? WOW, that's awesome! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you guys. Heres another picture of the same buck.

The buck was taken off the ground, across a little canyon! He just never moved, the doe that was with him kinda wondered off, but he never moved. Guess it was his time to go.

This buck was taken by my buddy on December 26th. 25 yard shot, the deer didn't go 40 yards after the shot. It was absolutely amazing and what a rush!! Put a tape on the deer, should go right around 95 inches. I will have some better (field) pictures next week. Hope the picture shows up??
