Access can definitely be a problem but there is plenty of land to hunt and with a little leg work and communication with the ranchers you shouldn't have an issue. As Sundevil said they are smaller then most antelope in the state but still a very fun and rewarding hunt. Here are a couple of pictures of my dad's buck from a few years ago.

We just got Jaycie's buck back from Scott at Global Destinations Artistry and he absolutely nailed another mount for us. We couldn't be more happy with his work or turn around time of five months. During the time of waiting he would send me pictures of the process and keep me posted on where things were at, it was really neat to watch everything come together. So on Saturday Scott drove the buck up from Tucson to us here in the valley. I just can't describe what an awesome job he did and my Jaycie is so stoked to have her very own monster buck hung in the living room for all to see and relive the hunt all over again. Thanks Scott! Jaycie and her buck in the field. Scott delivering the buck to Jaycie. On the wall!

I just finished sending Crystal an email thanking her for taking the time to report on this issue. I think she did a great job on it when it very easily could have gone the other way. Also thanks to Allen and the others who took the time to make it happen. I've been forwarding the link to everyone I know and strongly suggest everyone do the same. -
I remember sitting next to some dude in December glassing for deer who was SOLID on his stance that this buck would not be taking place of one of his mounts..... Any idea who that was Phil? HA HA! Yeah I remember but her buck definately deserves it. Not sure who that dude was talking all big and bad.....

Crazy story! Made for a good read though.

Thanks for the kind comments. Jaycie's buck is in the top spot in the house, I had to relocate one of mine , it's the first thing you see when you walk in the front door She said she wanted it where everyone could see it which is why it didn't end up in her room.

Wow that is a heck of a first mule deer. Congratulations to her! I use and love the claw and my daughter took her first deer last year off of it and I don't believe it could have been done with out it (at least not at the distance she shot from).
