I've been enjoying this site for a long time and the content that most of the members post. I now have a ten year old daughter that gets onto the site to share in her success as well as other hunter's stories and pictures and I sure am glad that we have moderators that can help keep things somewhat civil. Granted she does not venture into all threads and stays away from most of the discussions that are held on topics such as this but I feel a lot better knowing that we have people looking out for stuff she shouldn't be reading. I have no problem with debate and discussions as this is a great place to see different views and opinions as well as get the news out there on such important subjects such as these. This being said lately I have changed the way I view some of the members here because of how ugly and disrespectful they have become over these discussions. We all need to respect Amanda and the moderators in the work they are doing to try and keep this the best hunting site on the web, in my own opinion if this can't be done or people have a problem with it then go somewhere else on the old www to spew the unwanted garbage. I miss logging in and cruising the site to see pictures, stories, jokes, and good discussions where we were all on the same team even if we disagreed with each other. I have some very strong opinions and beliefs on the recent issues and have been vocal at the meetings when I'm not away for work but that does not mean I'll come on here and use foul language or personally attack someone for expressing their views and if others cannot do the same then by all means I hope the moderators continue to tighten up the reins and clean up the content. I appreciate what Amanda, Jim, Allen, and the rest do and I hope it continues as we should all be big enough to keep things civil and on topic.

Awesome shed Jim and great pictures, it's always good getting out and even better finding some bone. It can be some long miles though when its slow going.....still can't beat being in the hills with that chance of finding that toad of a set!

I have the turrets from vortex along with the BDC reticle on the same scope just in 50mm. I love them both although in a hunting situation I have not found the need to use the reticle. The turrets are very accurate as long as you give them accurate information when ordering. I've had them for a couple years now and after setting the zero at 200 yards I haven't had to mess with it again, range dial and shoot.
