As many do in life or just me I put the wrong hunt number for our muzzleloader hunt. I had put last years 6A muzzleloader bull elk, which this year is the 3B muzzleloader bull elk tag. Has anyone hunted 3B? I know its not a guarantee but our bonus points are fairly high now. And I am a little worried as I do not know the unit.

I got a 27 mule deer tag and am excited for it! It’s been about 5 years since I have got to hunt in my home state. I know there is a river that runs through the unit, however is water still a good way to hunt this unit? Also did any fellow members get this unit or at least a dream unit!

Yes ive been told its a great unit my dad used to hunt it in the 80s! I have limited scouting time but am excited to see what it has to offer

Me and my buddy got a new unit this year. We hunted it about 10 years ago and had success in ocotillo areas and around the southern border of the unit. Was wondering if anyone knew if it was still about the same or any tips before we begin scouting.

We are hunting in unit 3C population management this year. We have done some scouting but haven't really seen anything. This is a new hunting area for us so we are appreciative of any tips/info you can give us. This area also seems really small and void of elk.
